Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but with limitations. We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, UAE, South Korea, Malaysia, United Kingdom, United States, Spain, Italy, France, Germany and Switzerland.

 

What couriers do you use?

JnT, Grab or Lalamove for local orders. DHL for international orders.

 

Will I be charged with duties and taxes?

Please note that all international orders are subject to taxes and duties. A DHL customer agent will reach out to you prior to releasing your package.

 

Will items be shipped in pieces or altogether?

Items will be shipped altogether to reduce shipping costs.

 

How long does shipping take?

If within Metro Manila(NCR) 1-3 days shipping, outside NCR takes 4-7 days. International orders can take 5-7 days.

 

Do you have a physical store?

No. We don't have a showroom yet, but you can visit us for actual product viewing.

 

Will you restock items?

GAIA Active's items are curated and limited. Once an item sells out, chances of it being restocked are slim unless there is a very high demand for said item.

 

How should the items be washed?

Our products are delicate garments and do handwash only. Make sure to wash colored items alone during the first few washes and with similar colors afterwards.

 

Where are your products made?

All of our products are made overseas.

 

What size should I order?

If you are ever in between sizes, always get one size up. Please take note that each product differs in size so always check the size guide provided per product.

 

Can an order be modified once placed?

Please email info@gaiaactive.co with your name, order number and concern and we will do our best to accommodate your request. You may also message us on our socials such as Facebook & Instagram.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (Ex: you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) To process an international return, please email info@piqueactive.com with your Name and Order Number. To process a local return, please send an SMS to 0918-924-0257 with your Name and Order Number.
